Low cost PLC usage diversifies widely

A low cost programmable controller has such features as analogue inputs, PID control loop, real time clock and GSM modem facilities, as well as simple function block programming.

Applications include, electric gate control, clean room environmental control, jar filling machinery etc.

Mitsubishi also told Manufacturingtalk that a range of option cards include PT100 and thermocouple input, analogue output, input and output expanders, and ASI interface.
