'One-hit', single cycle machining involving up to 140 CNC axes and 30 tools simultaneously in cut is depicted in a fully animated, computer-generated production cycle on the latest NRG-50 12-station rotary transfer machine from Mikron Machining Technology of Agno, Switzerland The rendered images available on CD depict a production cycle on what is regarded as the most advanced machine tool of its type in the world

It demonstrates robotic loading, 5-axis interpolation, six-face machining, multi-diameter turning from bar, spiral milling and threading, deep hole drilling, multi-spindle drilling and tool changing and in-cycle deburring.
