Largest European Daewoo machine tool show planned
Mills Manufacturing Technology is celebrating its award as Daewoo's 'World Technology Dealer of the Year' by hosting the largest exhibition of Daewoo CNC machine tools ever seen in Europe.
Mills Manufacturing Technology is celebrating its award as Daewoo's 'World Technology Dealer of the Year' by hosting the largest exhibition of Daewoo CNC machine tools ever seen in Europe on the 20th, 21st and 22nd April 2004.
The exhibition, called DIMF EUROPA 2004, will take place at Mills' Leamington showroom and many of the 25 machines on display will be showcased for the first time outside Korea.
The latest machine tool technology from one of the leading global manufacturers will be on view, including twin-spindle/twin-turret lathes, tool-change/ B-axis and Y-axis turning centres, and vertical lathes as well as horizontal- and vertical-spindle machining centres, some of the latter having 5-axis capability and the option of a Heidenhain control to cater for the die and mould sector.
Linear motor machines, gantry loading applications and high speed 'nano technology' machining will be further evidence that Daewoo is well on track to become the world's premier machine tool builder within the next three years.
