CNC lathe has large spindle bore

A large spindle bore variant has been introduced to the Victor 2-axis CNC range of lathes that have chuck sizes of 150 and 200mm respectively.

The Victor range of VTplus 2 axis CNC lathes, marketed by Mid Bucks Machine Tools with Vivctor Europe, have an addition of a large spindle bore model The VTplus 20 LSB is added to the existing VTplus 15 and 20 machines that have chuck sizes of 150 and 200mm respectively

The large spindle bore machine has a chuck size of 200mm and a hole through the spindle of 75mm which gives a bar capacity of 66mm through the drawtube and an eight-position bi-directional hydraulic turret for rapid and precise tool changing.

Maximum turned diameter is 188mm with a Z-axis travel of 320mm.

With a simple and compact design of the VTplus models mean the machines occupy a minimal floor space of 2.15m x 1.56m.

Further enabling the machine to be integrated into existing shop floor layouts, the swarf conveyor is designed to located at either the rear or the right side of the machine bed.

Fitted with the ever popular Fanuc CNC systems and drives, the lathes can be specified with a full range of chuck and bar options as well as a comprehensive choice of accessories.

The complete Victor Range of CNC lathes include machines up to 24in chuck sizes with multi axis derivatives with C-axis and sub spindle.
