Producer of machine structure building elements has launched a Web site with downloadable application tools for machine framing systems.
MiniTec UK has launched its Web site that covers a comprehensive range of aluminium profiles and machine building components and systems.
With a new 'explorer' menu bar and a wealth of application specific information, the site has detailed sections on the innovative MiniTec Profile System, Safety Guards, Workstations, Conveyors and Transfer, and the MiniTec Linear System.
The site provides direct access to the interactive MiniTec E-catalog - an online 3D catalogue with an easy-to-use graphical user interface that is unique to the machine framing industry.
It allows engineers to visualise all the possibilities available in the MiniTec range with hints and tips, specification and parts list information.
* On-line design software system - further on-line design and visualisation assistance is also available with the MiniTec iCAD online design software system.
It has downloadable 2D and 3D CAD files in a wide range of formats for direct import into the customers' CAD or graphics programs.
The versatile and user-friendly iCAD software can be accessed and used independently or ported from the E-catalog.
For AutoCAD users a further downloadable utility, CADmenu, is also available to greatly assist the engineer with integrated design, automatic parts list generation, calculation programs and menu-driven design modules for linear axes, safety guards, conveyor and workstation systems - all with automated drawing capability.
The site also provides access to application resource information with numerous PDF downloads including the new 372 page MiniTec catalogue which covers the complete Profile System range of machine framing systems and components.
To complete the 'on-line experience', the new Web site also covers Support and About Us sections and a features regularly updated News and links to partner and associated websites.
