Following its recent accreditation as an Autodesk Data Management reseller and as part of the drive to increase its customer support, Micro Concepts has appointed a new technical support engineer.
Following its recent accreditation as an Autodesk Data Management reseller and as part of the drive to increase the strength in depth of its customer support, leading Autodesk Manufacturing Solutions and Training provider, Micro Concepts, has appointed Kingston University honours graduate, Guy Sheppard as technical support engineer.
"Providing high quality service and technical expertise continues to be central to our business," says Micro Concepts' technical manager, Graham Harrison.
