SigmaTEK Europe, based in Coventry, has achieved a 40% increase in business across Europe with its SigmaNEST part nesting software over the past 12 months.
SigmaTEK Europe, based in Coventry, has achieved a 40% increase in business across Europe with its SigmaNEST part nesting software over the past 12 months.
New offices in Germany and Holland, which complement the existing Italian office, have proved a great success for the company.
The SigmaNEST software optimises material utilisation, maximising the number of parts which can be produced in a sheet of material, while considering factors including material grain direction, multi-head cutting, and remnant material utilisation.
Additionally, SigmaNEST will automatically generate CNC code for plasma, laser, waterjet, router, oxyfuel and punching machines.
The speed and accuracy of the software enables users to go from design right through to the finished part in the shortest possible time while achieving maximum quality and profit.
Graham Doveston, UK Sales Manager for SigmaTEK Europe commented, "Our customers frequently report improvements of 20% to 30% in workflow and efficiency with the optimisation gained from SigmaNEST - especially important considering the current increases in raw material prices."
