Particle size measurement will be the subject of Malvern Instruments' showing at this year's Interphex event.

Until now, continuous, real-time particle size measurement has been used primarily for dry processes.
As well as the established Insitec T on-line particle size analyser, Malvern's range for the pharmaceutical industry also includes the mobile Insitec Pharma Voyager for at- or on-line measurement - ideal for pilot plant operation or Process Analytical Technology (PAT) - and the Insitec ALISS for at-line measurement.
The introduction last year of the Insitec LPS has provided a new option for continuous measurement that can be fully integrated into liquid process streams.
