Maple Systems has abandoned monochrome screens in favour of its TFT Silver Series HMIs

Known for its bold moves, Maple Systems has announced it will from now on be selling its TFT Silver Series HMIs at the same price level previously reserved for Monochrome displays.

Rocco Colauto, responsible for the international market at Maple Systems, said: "We believe this bold move answers what we have heard and seen from our global clients.

As we see bright TFT screens in many devices surrounding our day-to-day life many industrial clients demand the same in their applications".

He continued: ""Take the increase in demand and the lowered cost on TFT screens and it becomes a logical next step to simply abandon outdated monochrome screens in favour of modern TFT-screens, especially if you can now offer them at the price of a monochrome - and that is just what we have done.".
