The 798 MPT Titrino is a compact titrator equipped with a screen display which masters all titration methods needed for practical titration.

The memory card opens up additional possibilities for the transfer and backup of methods.

The 798 MPT Titrino is ideal for routine analyses with or without a sample changer and can be integrated into PC-controlled titration networks.

Sophisticated and easy to operate Compact titrator with LCD screen for real-time curve display and easy-to-follow user guide, also offering the following advantages: a.

Many tried and tested methods are supplied on a memory card: ready to start straight away! b.

Method collections available: Oil PAC for petrochemical applications, Surf PAC for surfactant analysis and Pharm PAC for the analysis of pharmaceutical ingredients c.

Personal memory card as method memory d.

GLP functions and GLP-compliant documentation e.

Seven dialog languages f.

PC keyboard and barcode reader can be connected g.

Extensive automation h.

Expansion to a titration network with TiNet Results at a glance :- The result of the titration can be displayed in detail or in short form, in small or large font.

In the MEAS mode, the screen displays the measured value as a function of time.

In all operating modes of the Titrino, the temperature is measured continuously and used for temperature compensation of the pH value if a Pt 1000 or Pt 100 temperature sensor is connected.

Titration procedures a la carte TIP stands for "titration procedure" and is one of the outstanding features of the 798 MPT Titrino.

With TIP, you can freely compile sequences of up to 30 steps; each of the individual steps may relate to the following components: a.

methods, b.

pauses, c.

automatic stirrer control, d.

status conditions of two different lines of the "Remote" interface for activating valves, pumps, heaters and other auxiliary devices, e.

any messages or prompts with up to 16 characters.

TIP is a powerful tool offering many capabilities for configuring automated titration runs.

Application Examples: insert the card - then titrate The standard equipment of the 798 MPT Titrino includes an application folder and a read-only memory card from which the required methods can be read directly into the instrument.

You will find additional applications in our Application Bulletin and Application Note.

The options Oil PAC, Surf PAC and Pharm PAC are detailed method collections for petrochemical applications, surfactant analysis and the analysis of pharmaceutical ingredients, respectively.

The corresponding methods can be loaded into the 798 MPT Titrino using a memory card.

The read-only memory card contains the following tried and tested application methods: General applications Pharmaceuticals, biology, medicine Calcium with amalgamated Ag electrode Chloride Iodine Iron(II) Oxalic acid Oxalic acid non-aqueous Phosphate Strong acid Titer of hydrochloric acid (can be used as GLP titration) Titer of sodium hydroxide 2-Aminophenol Chloride in isotonic salt solution Vitamin C Water, effluents, environmental protection Metals, electroplating Boric acid Calcium and magnesium in tap water Chloride in tap water Oxidizability of waste water p and m value Barium, cadmium, cobalt, nickel, zinc and lead Purity of fine silver Petrochemistry Base materials, fertilizers, plastics Bromine index Bromine number Total acid number (TAN) Total base number (TBN) Epoxy number Hydrogen peroxide Nitrating acid Phosphate Phosphorus in fertilizer Food and beverages Paper, textile and photographic industry Acid number Calcium in dairy products Chloride (NaCl) in broth Formol number in fruit juices Iodine number Peroxide number Saponification number Vitamin C Analysis of a spinning bath Kappa number of paper pulp Silver in film emulsions Silver in fixing baths White liquor Karl Fischer titration* Detergents, cosmetics Blank determination of methanol KF titer determination using water Water determination in honey Water determination in paper Anionic surfactants in shampoo Cationic surfactants in fabric softener EDTA/NTA in washing agents Non-ionic surfactants Perborates in detergents.
