The ADI 2040 Process Analyser from Applikon Analytical is said to be the most versatile on line Analyser available and is now available in a Stainless Steel housing for installation in areas where hygiene is critical.

Manufactured in SS316 and conforming to IP65 protection the ADI 2040 Process Analyzer can be located in the production area without further protection.

The ADI 2040 Process Analyser utilizes the unique Applikon Analytical wet part module construction system meaning virtually any chemical analysis can be automated and the ADI 2040 Process Analyser can be configured exactly as required.

Multiple analyses, multiple sample streams and multiple methods and programs are possible for a full analytical solution within one device.

The ADI 2040 Process Analyser has a full range of I/O hardware and software for communication with external devices.

Data transmission can be carried out by digital outputs, analogue outputs or serial communication.

External devices such as valves, sample conditioning and additional sensors such as flow, pH and conductivity can be seamlessly integrated and controlled within the Analyser.

A full range of accessories including stands, lockable reagent cabinets and reagent containers are available.

Complete Analyser packages are also provided to customers requiring a full project service from a termination point.
