Titrator sends info to process control systems
An at line analyser automatically analyses plating baths for content, such as copper, nickel and zinc, as well as baths used for cleaning and degreasing.
The advantages to the process industry, are the Industrial PC and I/O controller, for sending of information to Process Control Systems also the Process Lab can be used at several different points in the manufacturing process.
The system will automatically analyse pH, acid value and salt content.
The Processlab can be equipped with a high speed homogenizer for dissolution of solid samples as well as a hot water to help dissolve powders eg Instant soup.
Typical analysis for these are pH, acid value, Chloride content as well as such parameters as Vitamin C value.
All of this analysis is carried out in the Process Lab, without operator intervention, and results are relayed to the process controller so remedial action or pass / failure for product quality is regulated automatically. Request a free brochure from Metrohm UK ...
