Analysis firm sets up 'Centres of Competance'

In support of its potentiometric titration, Karl Fischer titration, ion Chromatography, automation and other services, Metrohm is setting up a number of 'Centres of Competence'.

As the Metrohm product ranges continue to expand and the applications for our products diversify, using the techniques of potentiometric titration, Karl Fischer titration, ion chromatography, automation, bio fuels analysis, at-line and process analysis the directors of Metrohm UK and Ireland have decided to set up their Technical Sales and and Support chemists into 'Centres of Competence'.

This will entail several additional personnel joining the Metrohm field teams to further strengthen Metrohm's position in the electro-analytical market place.

New, additional application laboratories are currently being constructed at Metrohm Ireland 's premises in Dublin to support our Irish customers.

Dave Owen (sales director)has personally taken over the Ion Chromatography and Voltammetry Centre of Competence and Andy Matthews heads the Titration and Process Centre of Excellence.

This with the launch of several new inovative products this year will continue the rapid expansion of the Metrohm brand in the electro-analytical markets.
