The fixed timing belt version has the motor mounted on the carriage making them ideal for achieving maximum travel in a constricted space.
Both the moving and fixed units are suited for spraying and coating applications.
The first two versions both provide a feed per revolution of 70 mm, clearance-free feed with timing belt feed axis.
The timing belt has a tooth pitch 5 mm and width of 25 mm.
The LEZ6 has a moving toothbelt, a bearing carriage WS 3 L 96 x W 130 mm and can carry loads of up to 24kg and achieve a feed maximum of 5 m/s.
The LEZ7 has the fixed timing belt and a feed maximum of a speedy 1.5 m/s carrying loads of 24kg on two bearing carriages of the same size as above.
For the other two models the feed per revolution is 60 mm and the timing belt has 3 mm teeth, width 15 mm.
The LEZ9 with the moving toothbelt the carriage is WS 3 L 96 x W 95 mm and has a maximum feed of 2.0m/s, loads up to 24kg.
The LEZ8 with the fixed timing belt is again a 2 x bearing carriage WS 11 L 96 x W 95 mm and has an impressive feed of 1.0 m/s with a load of 24kg.
Special lengths are available in steps of 100 mm to a maximum of 6,000 mm, drive modules are attachable on both sides and over travel limit switches with connection cable can be fitted in combination with the drive module.
