Morgan commissions newest rod mill in
China
Morgan Construction Company, which recently built and installed a new single-strand rod mill for Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co, has successfully completed the mill's commissioning.
Morgan Construction Company, which recently built and installed a new single-strand rod mill for Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., of Jiayuguan City, Gansu, People's Republic of China, has successfully completed the mill's commissioning Fan Li, Project Manager, who announced the commissioning, said, "The new mill features the installation of a number of pieces of equipment, including: Morgan's Reducing/Sizing Mill (RSM) with quick-change off-line equipment; an eight-stand No-Twist Mill (NTM); two (2) x 2-stand Vee pre-finishing mills; water boxes before and after the NTM; pinch rolls; and a high-speed laying head
