The Morgan Construction Company has elected Paul Riches as vice president of Process Control, which manages the design and engineering of advanced rolling mill controls.

Paul Riches has been elected Vice President of Process Control for Morgan Construction Company.

A native of Sheffield, England, Riches began at Morgan in 1994 as a Process Control Engineer.

He was named Director of Process Control in July 2004.

He is a resident of Paxton, Massachusetts, USA.

"Paul has done an outstanding job of growing, developing and coordinating a Process Control team worldwide," said Philip R Morgan, president and CEO in making the announcement.

The Process Control group at Morgan manages the design and engineering of sophisticated controls to improve the quality and production capacity of rolling mills for customers around the world.

Riches received his B Eng degree in Electronic Systems and Control Engineering with honors from Sheffield Hallam University.

He also holds a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Sheffield Polytechnic.

Morgan Construction Company is a designer and producer of high-quality rolling mill products and services for the metal industry worldwide.
