Businesses can now finance a total solution purchased from a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner at competitive rates and convenient terms

Microsoft Business Solutions has announced the UK availability of a bold new initiative that will allow businesses to finance a total solution purchased from a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner - including the software, reseller partners services, ISV solutions and hardware - at competitive rates and convenient terms With the launch of Total Solution Financing from Microsoft Capital Corporation, customers have the opportunity to cut their investment in sophisticated business-management software into affordable monthly payments

Successfully introduced in the United States last year, the Total Solution Financing concept for the UK has been specially tailored to meet the needs of local businesses.

"This is really a marvelous opportunity for our customers," explains Simon Edwards, general manager, Microsoft Business Solutions UK.

"Not all of them are able to pull out their chequebooks and pay for an entire project in one lump sum.

They understand that technology can help them transform their operations to gain greater efficiencies and streamline processes, but they have a need to approach their IT investments in a conservative manner.

We are extremely pleased to offer an initiative that helps our customers align their technology spending with the significant gains in efficiency made possible by the latest Microsoft Business Solutions products and services.

This new initiative will also benefit our reselling partners, giving them an expanded range of options to use when working directly with their end customers to offer maximum value." By providing flexible financing for the customer's entire project, with all its associated benefits, Microsoft Business Solutions can help businesses transform a 'cash-up-front' investment into convenient instalments and thus maintain their cash reserves.

Total Solutions Financing from Microsoft Capital Corporation uses fixed-rate financing, payable over three, four, or five years, whichever is most practical for the specific customer.

Available exclusively through Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partners, Total Solution Financing services will be extended to other countries over the coming year.

Specifically, the programme provides: 7 Customer financing programme.

Microsoft Business Solutions will offer a financing programme developed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses that will make it easier to purchase end-to-end solutions.

Microsoft Capital Corporation will provide financing, offering an instalment payment agreement (IPA) that will maximise customer flexibility while reducing the amount of cash required at the time of initial purchase.

The financing programme will be available to customers through authorised Microsoft Certified Business Solutions reselling partners.

7 Customer-choice purchasing and packaging.

Microsoft Business Solutions' new approach to selling and packaging will deliver maximum value to customers regardless of the size and complexity of their business.

Solutions will be scaled according to the number of users, enabling customers to purchase technologies and services that best meet their needs.

Price breaks will be incorporated at several points for customers buying in higher volume and/or user seats.
