A small, lightweight, 2.11 megapixel digital CCD microscope features an integrated 3.5in LCD monitor, flash memory storage and offers magnification up to 500x.

Moritex will preview a suite of new products for machine vision and inspection applications at the forthcoming Vision 2007 exhibition in Stuttgart, Germany (November 7-9) Moritex will show for the first time the MSX-500Di - a small, lightweight, 2.11 megapixel digital CCD microscope

Featuring an integrated 3.5in LCD monitor, flash memory storage and offering magnification up to 500x, the MSX-500Di is the perfect stand-alone unit for microinspection and data archiving.

On stand 2.D.17 - technical specialists from Moritex will also be available to discuss customer applications and to answer questions relating to the company's comprehensive range of light sources, LED illumination systems and ultra compact, high performance machine vision lens.

Available in wide and narrow beam size configurations, the MSSP High Power LED series is a new addition to Moritex's popular MG-WAVE LED lighting range.

Offering bright and even illumination, coupled with low power consumption, MSSP LED's offer many benefits for illumination around the workplace and in automotive applications.

Central to the Moritex display will be their comprehensive range of Micro Machine Lens (MML).

Moritex MML's are ultra compact, low mass lenses that are recognised as a high performance benchmark for applications including machine vision alignment, image gauging and surface inspection.

Moritex MML's are telecentric lenses, which maintain a constant view angle to the subject.

At Vision 2007 Moritex will introduce the new ML-0310VF Macro Lens.

Designed for use with large format megapixel cameras the new Macro lens were developed to provide the required accuracy to inspect large area components in high resolution.

Incorporating a variable iris and varifocal zoom the new Macro lens is able to achieve a variable depth of field making it suitable for applications including PCB and wafer inspection.
