Metris has announced that it has acquired 100 percent of Coord3, an Italian Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) manufacturer with headquarters in Bruzolo, Torinumber.

Coord3 is an Italian coordinate measuring machine (CMM) manufacturer with headquarters in Bruzolo, Torinumber.
The purchase agreement is subject to due diligence and certain closing conditions and provides for a maximum aggregate consideration of 1 million euro in cash, a maximum contingent consideration of 1,5 million euro which is convertible in Metris stock and the issuance of warrants ensuring retention of management-shareholders.
Coord3 realised in 2006 revenues totaling 11 million euro, and has 2,7 million euro net financial debt.
Metris expects the acquisition to be net profit accretive for the year 2007.
