Adhesive cures very quickly at room temperature
Master Bond has developed an exceptionally fast curing two component epoxy adhesive for general purpose bonding and develops high bond strength exceeding 140kg/cm2 at room temperature.
Master Bond EP41S-4 is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or volatiles.
It cures readily at room temperature or more quickly at elevated temperatures.
Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, concrete, vulcanized rubbers, and many plastics is excellent.
Dimensional stability of the cured epoxy is outstanding.
Master Bond EP41S-4 offers outstanding protection for electronic components and is widely used as a high security potting system.
It is also well suited to more conventional bonding, coating and sealing applications where chemical resistance is paramount.
Its low viscosity makes it easy to apply using conventional dispensing equipment.
EP41S-4 has high physical strength properties, especially tensile strength, as well as low coefficient of thermal expansion and superior electrical insulation properties.
Its shelf life is one year at room temperature.
Master Bond EP41S-4 is available in pints, quarts, gallons, 5 gallons and drum containers.
It is now also available in gun applicators for ease of usage. Request a free brochure from Master Bond ...
