Master Bond, Hackensack, N J, USA, has developed a two component epoxy system featuring high thermal stability, high thermal conductivity, superior electrical insulation properties and outstanding dimensional stability.

Called EP121AO-1 this compound offers excellent long term durability and chemical resistance even when exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

It has a service operating temperature range of up to 475 deg F to 500 deg F for limited time periods and 400 deg F-450 deg F for prolonged exposures.

EP121AO-1 is a medium viscosity liquid.

It has a 100 to 80 mix ratio by weight and a versatile cure schedule at elevated temperatures.

Adhesion to metallic and non metallic surfaces is excellent.

It?s thermal conductivity is 10 BTU/h/in/ft2/ deg F.

Master Bond EP121AO-1 is available in 1/2 pint, pint, quart, gallon, and 5 gallon pail kits.
