Adhesive cures very quickly at room temperature
Master Bond has developed an exceptionally fast curing two component epoxy adhesive for general purpose bonding and develops high bond strength exceeding 140kg/cm2 at room temperature.
EP51M produces durable high strength bonds having more than 2000 lb/in2 in shear.
Bonds exhibit remarkable resistance to thermal cycling and chemicals including water, oil and most organic solvents, over the wide temperature range of 4 deg K to 120 deg C (250 deg F).
Master Bond EP51M has excellent adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics.
The bonding strength is relatively insensitive to cleaning procedures.
It is suggested that EP51M be mixed in small quantities because of its fast gelling properties.
As such, it is highly recommended for high speed bonding operations and production line assemblies.
Master Bond EP51M is widely used in the electronic, electrical, computer, construction, metalworking, appliance, automotive and chemical industries.
Master Bond offers a wide range of versatile, high performance epoxy formulations designed to withstand the severe conditions found in cryogenic environments.
EP51M is an excellent adhesive/ sealant for cryogenic applications as it is serviceable at temperatures down to 4 deg K.
It is available in pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon container kits. Request a free brochure from Master Bond ...
