Epoxy 'Super Glue' offers 3 minute set
A two component epoxy adhesive sets in 3 min for high performance general purpose bonding and cures in a few hours at ambient temperatures to develop a high bonding shear strength.
The bonding strength is relatively insensitive to cleaning procedures.
Master Bond EP50-1 gels within 45s and is fully cured within 5 min at ambient temperatures.
Master Bond told manufacturingtalk that EP50-1 produces durable high strength and tough bonds, which are remarkably resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals including water, oil and most organic solvents.
It is approved for service over the temperature range of -51 deg C to more than +120 deg C.
EP50-1's adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanised rubbers and also many plastics is excellent, said Master Bond.
EP50-1 is now available in pre-measured, flexible divider pouches (bubble packs), disposable cartridges (inserted in a simple to use gun applicator for easy and accurate dispensing) and in pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon containers. Request a free brochure from Master Bond ...
