Saxon success for corrugated bundler
The installation of Mosca's MCB corrugated bundler has brought fast, automated strapping to Saxon Packaging.

Offering significant advantages in terms of speed and reliability, three different strapping machines that enable an increase in strapping speeds by up to 50% will be shown at Interpack.
Mosca had previously supplied a number of smaller machines to Saxon Packaging, but realised that for this application its new MCB bundler was ideal for the company's purposes.
The MCB is an in-line squarer bundler, providing simple, fast and economic operation.
Its Automatic Squaring System, which sets itself according to the dimensions of each individual bundle, enables the MCB easily to cope with variable size bundles or product changeovers.
It also straps in the flute direction for maximum material protection.
To ensure compatibility with Saxon Packaging's production line, Mosca also designed a special conveyor to transport cartons to the MCB.
"The speed and reliability of bundling is crucial to our productivity and the Mosca MCB has proved ideal," commented Paul King of Saxon Packaging.
"It is simple to use and virtually maintenance-free." Mosca equipment is available in the UK from its wholly owned subsidiary Mosca Direct of Cotgrave, Nottingham.
