Cordless drill/driver in a packaged set that includes a free halogen flashlight, two battery packs, and a charger, offers precision screwdriving and eliminates centre punching.

Metabo Corporation, a leading international manufacturer of professional grade portable electric power tools and abrasives for industrial, construction and welding applications, now offers its BST15.6 Plus 15.6 V cordless drill/driver in a packaged set that includes a free halogen flashlight, two battery packs, and a charger The BST15.6 is a powerful, high torque cordless drill/driver that offers precision screwdriving and alleviates the need for center punching when drilling steel or tile

Its maintenance-free motor has optimum cooling and improved performance in load condition.

The tool's unique adjustable torque clutch enables up to 20 settings for quick, efficient driving regardless of the application; an ergonomically-designed T-handle optimizes the center of gravity.

Maximum torque is 211in.lb.

for soft case applications with a drilling capacity of 1-3/16in, and 484in.lb for hard case applications with a 1/2in capacity.

The free hand lantern style flashlight comes with a 4.4W halogen bulb and works up to 9.8 hours on a single charge.

It has a focusable light beam for spot illumination of the working area, and its swivel head can be locked in 6 positions.

The flashlight has an ergonomic, easy-to-grip, compact shape that makes it handy for a variety of uses.

With the battery pack in place, the flashlight measures 9-3/4in x 5in.

The charger and battery packs can be used with both the drill/driver and the flashlight.

The model C60 Universal Fast Charger has a charging time of approximately 1 hour; after fast charging, it automatically switches to trickle charge.

The two 15.6V, 2.4Ah battery packs can remain permanently in the charger without being overcharged; therefore, they are always fully charged and ready to use.
