A hend-held low-cost infrared thermometer takes readings of temperatures from 20degC up to 260degC with a 1degC resolution. A 'Data Hold' push button conveniently captures the reading.

Meterman has introduced a new low-cost infrared thermometer Offering a clear backlit LCD display, the lightweight, handheld meter is an ideal asset to the tool kits of heating and industrial maintenance engineers

The Meterman IR610 Infrared Thermometer takes readings of temperatures from 20degC up to 260degC with a 1degC resolution.

A 'Data Hold' push button conveniently captures the reading, while a selection button enables measurements in degC or degF.

The meters are available from a wide range of distributors and major electrical wholesalers.

The IR610 is supplied with batteries, carrying case and a 1 year warranty.

The meter weighs only 200g with its batteries.

The IR610 has a push-button marker feature which operates a class 2 laser for controlled positioning of the temperature reading.

Accuracy is to +/-3%, or +/-3degC, whichever is greater.

The meter has an 'Auto Power Off' and a low battery indication, as well as two 4mm sockets which provide an auxiliary analogue output signal of 1mV per degree C/degree F signal.
