40 companies will show new products at MACH show
Around 40 companies have now been independently verified as having 'New at MACH' products or services that they will be bringing to the show, reports the UK's MTA.
MACH 2006 is building up to be the most exciting manufacturing show of the year with more exhibitors submitting their 'New at MACH' product information to us every day.
40 companies have now been independently verified as having 'New at MACH' products or services that they will be bringing to the show, this means that visitors will not have seen these 'New at MACH' at another UK show.
The most recent submissions are: * Addison Saws (Stand 4841) - PunchCut - High-speed tube punching and cutting system.
MC 305 4-axis CNC machining centre and H460 HA-NC Bandsaw.
* CMZ (Stand 5183) - first time at MACH, newly formed CMZ UK will be showing their range of CNC lathes.
* Fenn Tool (Stand 4308) - Fenn tool will be exhibiting Zoller pre-set and measuring machines along with the Miltec and Tirotool insert ranges.
* Hepcomotion (Stand 4907) - larger beam, larger slides and high-capacity bearings make the new Hepcomotion heavy-duty the ideal system for larger gantry applications.
* Hexagon Metrology (Stand 5573) - Hexagon Metrology introduce the new Tesastar-m indexable head.
With 5 deg increments - opposed to the traditional 7.5 deg - giving potential 2,952 positions.
* Jones and Shipman (Stand 5534) - Easy Touchscreen reduces the price of CNC functionality, whilst making auto cycles faster to set up than manual machines.
* Manufacturing Service Solutions (Stand 5346) - a brushing machine that removes oxide film from laser-cut components, a deburring machine that cleans both surfaces at once.
* Mills Machine Tools (Stand 5261) - the TT1500 twin-spindle, twin-turret, eight-axis turning centre; the three-axis Lynx 220LM lathe; the HP4000 14,000 rev/min, 60m/min rapids - horizontal machining centre.
* Punches, Dies and Blades (Stand 4932) - punches dies and blades will be exhibiting the new American-made Edwards jaws 60- and 120-ton ironworkers and the 500kN (50 tonf) ironworker.
* Renishaw (Stand 5773) - Productivity+ Active Editor Pro allows easy generation of touch probing and process control routines; Renishaw OMV gives CMM-style 3D verification against a CAD-model.
* Renishaw (Stand 5572 - sevolutionise CMM and machine tool productivity with REVO high-speed five-axis CMM scanning, TRS1 high-speed tool-breakage detection, and on-machine inspection software.
* Royal Tool Control (Stand 5624) - Toolmaster 10 with unique 'Smart' fully electronic profile projector, TFT-colour screen and CMOS camera, with accuracy of +/-2 micron.
* SMS Smart Machine Systems (Stand 4619) - Smart Machine Systems offer an exciting new CNC plasma/torch cutting range based on the Animatics SmartMotor technology.
