For manufacturers seeking to find new ways to boost shop floor performance, improve productivity and reduce costs, the Accelerated Route to Lean Manufacturing programme brings real results fast.
On the second day, it will be examining how to maximise the impact of lean to deliver real tangible and sustainable benefits to companies of all sizes.
The masterclass is being run by The Manufacturing Institute at its Manchester centre on March 16th and 17th and will include speakers from major companies such as PZ Cussons and Siemens that have successfully used lean to achieve higher performance.
