Marigold Industrial gets to grips with light engineering sector through Flexilight and PX150.

Hand protection expert Marigold Industrial has expanded its range of gloves for the light engineering sector where balancing hand protection with precision handling is required The launch of the Flexilight glove and the PX150 glove have been designed to provide those working in the light engineering and assembly sector with high levels of comfort, dexterity and protection

Flexilight is manufactured from a fabric seamless polycotton and Elasthane liner with a breathable nitrile outer coating to the palms and upper sides of the fingers, Flexilight provides good ventilation combined with high-level flexibility and comfort for the wearer.

Ideal for anyone undertaking precision handling tasks and product finishing on assembly lines across a range of industry sectors, including the white goods sector, Flexilight balances hand protection with the added benefit of protecting products that need to be handled.

Where more robust protection is required, PX150 provides the ideal solution.

Manufactured from seamless knitted Dyneema with an elastomer coating on the palm and fingers, PX150 not only provides good levels of cut, tear and abrasion resistance but provides good resistance to oils and greases.

Where product protection is required, PX150 is a good solution due to its extra low lint levels.

In addition to the engineering sector, PX150 is also ideally suited to those working in the glass industry where cut resistance and grip are key requirements.

Donald Gillespie, international marketing manager for Marigold Industrial says: "Flexilight and PX150 are real 'hands on' gloves, perfectly suited for those working in precision handling environments, product finishing and white goods areas where the need to balance product quality with hand protection is of ultimate importance".

Available in sizes 7 to 10, Flexilight is compliant with EN420:2003 and EN388:2003.

PX150 is available in sizes 6 to 10 and is compliant to EN388 (2003) with a 4342 rating.
