The iPORT FB1000-CL IP Engine from Pleora Technologies is ideal for vision systems where GigE connectivity is desirable but where optical links are needed.
Creating a High performance connectivity between CameraLink cameras and fibre-based GigE Links, the new iPORT FB1000-CL IP Engine from Pleora Technologies is ideal for vision systems where GigE connectivity is desirable but where optical links are needed to meet regulatory requirements and/or achieve very long distances and superior noise immunity.
The FB1000-CL grabs data from a Base CameraLink camera, converts to IP quickly and efficiently, and sends it to PC(s) over optical GigE links or LANs.
Data is streamed continuously at full 1GB/s link rate using the same field-proven technology and protocols featured in Pleora's PT1000series of iPORT engines.
Application development is made easy with iPORT's free Software Development Kit which gives users the building blocks needed to quickly and easily interface to just about any custom application or third-party package.
The FB1000-CL is ideal for medical imaging, industrial inspection, high-end security/surveillance, traffic imaging, and post/parcel sorting.
It is available as a boxed unit as well as an OEM board set.
