Within the 923 new products launched within the Misumi product range we are pleased to offer the new developments within linear motions components and assemblies.
All items can be ordered in standard or customized form where the user can specify dimension in up to 0.01mm.
Extensive material range, Hardness specifications, Specialized mechanical applications are all the areas Misumi can aid the design and manufacturing process for all your Automation requirements Linear Ball Bushings are available for rotation at a reasonable price.
Features and merits are: * Available for lower friction during the linear and rotary movement due to 'Ball Retainers'.
* Compatible with Liner Bushings * Flange Type Items for easy assembly are also available Misumi recommends to use them within 80% of its maximum stroke.
Ball slide guides/table sliders are lighter and more silent: * Stroke: 14 to 36mm.
* Same precision as the Slide Guides.
* Adopted Integrated Ball Cage.
* Rolling elements never circulate = lower friction residence and silent type.
Offering to take heavier Load available but at a cheaper price, these slides offer: * Stroke: 30 to 70mm.
* Parallel degree: within 10 micron.
