Steels up to 6mm welded from 240V supply
Capable of welding 0.8mm to 6mm mild steels, as well as stainless or aluminium, a compact arc welder operates off 240V supply and has a welding range of 30 to 185A.
Reliable MIG welder facilitates thin-wall joints
Providing high quality joints in thin sheet metals down to 0.5mm place growing demands on MIG welding equipment and operators, which is why reliable TIG weld process control is essential.
The Tradesmig 313, the most powerful of the Tradesmig family, is a three phase composite industrial MIG welder that has the power to tackle higher duty production tasks.
It has a 45A to 310A welding current range with 12 step voltage selection and two levels of inductance for fine control.
It operates from an industrial 415V three phase electricity supply with a duty performance of 300A at 30% duty, 245 amps at 60% and 180A continuously.
Fully adjustable continuous, spot or stitch welding modes are available as well as optional digital volt/amp metering.
Four wheel heavy duty undergear is provided for full size gas cylinders, whilst the rugged and robust fully enclosed casework of the welding unit has a rubber covered storage area on the lid.
Precision wire feed drive mechanics enable the use of 0.6 - 1.0mm hard wires or 1.0 - 1.2mm soft wires.
Other features include a high torque electronic wire feed motor speed control, Euro adapter MIG torch connection.
The single phase 240V Tradesmig Challenger 186C will weld 0.8 - 6.00mm mild steels as well as stainless or aluminium.
It offers a welding current range from 30 to 185A and 8 stage voltage selection for precise welding control.
Although designed for less arduous welding duties than the 313, it nevertheless has been built with features to ensure reliability in the most demanding environments.
Easy movement around the workplace is also ensured with its heavy duty 4-wheel undergear.
Both power sources are available as complete welding packages with torches, work return leads and instruction manuals, together with optional extras for even greater versatility. Request a free brochure from Murex Welding Products ...
