Versatile MMA welders can be used outdoors

Literature has been published on the Murex Tradesarc 150-1 and 180-1 welding machines which provide versatile welding capability, practicality, reliability and ease of use.

These practical, sturdily constructed, yet relatively light weight packages are ideal for outdoor use, featuring an IP23 rated enclosure with a solid carrying handle.

A key feature of the Tradesarcs is their ability to achieve accurate current setting from the single knob control.

Excellent welding performance without recourse to complicated setting up is also assured.

This is assisted by the inclusion of the Murex ArcPlus feature which provides automatic control of arc conditions.

Designed for welding a wide range of ferrous metals including cast iron, mild steel and stainless steel, the Tradesarc 150-1 can be used with electrodes up to 3.25mm while the Tradesarc 180-1 supports welding with electrodes up to 4.0mm.

Both machines are available in package form, complete with welding and return cable.

They are built to operate off a standard 230V mains supply.

Clever electronics mean they can be used with extended supply cables to maximise the working range without compromising performance.

A range of accessories is also available, including a shoulder strap to assist transport.

The Tradesarc 150-1 weighs 6.9kg whilst Tradesarc 180-1 weighs 8.0kg.
