Marchant Dice has st up an 'E-shop' and offers MDL Rolled, ISEL, HIWIN and ballscrews with end machining within days, announced the company.
Marchant Dice is offering its own brand of MDL Rolled, ISEL, HIWIN and ballscrews with end machining within days The company said that the addition of an 'E-shop' is providing it with a growing market share, thanks to its continued ability to deliver fully machined ballscrews assemblies at short notice

The MDL product range offers all the most popular combinations of screw diameter and lead in two accuracy grades Class 5 and Class 7.

Marchant Dice offers the following.
* Screw diameters may be specified from 8mm to 50mm.
* Assembled as low backlash nuts for standard operation.
* Pre-loaded nuts for greater precision.
Ballnuts are available as plain, Vee-threaded or flanged and DIN Standard flanges.
The MDL product range is readily interchangeable with other brands, including Hiwin, NSK and Star.
Ballscrews can be supplied assembled with ballscrew support blocks to save assembly time and prevent the possible ingress of contamination.
