Rubber moulding company restructures

Rubber product design and moulding company has established two departments, including a technical team which offers a consultancy service for finding solutions and carrying out R and D work.

Sparked off by its 140-year anniversary in 2005, the directors of Martin's Rubber have conducted a full restructure of the company to optimise its resources and build the foundations for the next 140 years in business.

As a result of the re-structure and feedback from customers, two new departments have been created as follows.

* PPandC (Production, Planning and Control).

* A technical team which offers a consultancy service to customers in finding solutions and carrying out R and D work.

The dedicated technical team is available to engineers, buyers and designers to offer advice and technical solutions in moulding, tooling, PU, seals and gaskets, leaving the sales team free to account manage and communicate with customers.
