Registration figures reported by National Industrial Fastener Show/East management a day after the May 1-2 event reflect a hefty 22% increase in attendance from last year's expo.

Registration figures reported by National Industrial Fastener Show/East management a day after the May 1-2 event reflect a hefty 22% increase in attendance from last year's expo and the largest turnout in five years, "We registered 885 attendees including 510 distributors, 153 manufacturers, 58 manufacturers reps, 39 independent sales reps, 29 importers and 96 various other fastener-related job titles", informs Susan A Hurley, Show Manager.

Exhibitor personnel and guests raised the total Show attendance to 1,450.

"We are delighted with the turnout in Columbus, especially the huge jump in number of distributors attending, and the many encouraging remarks received from happy exhibitors"; say Jim Bannister and Mike McGuire, General Partners.

"We are respecting the wishes of many of our loyal exhibitors by planning to return the East Show to Columbus, Ohio in every even numbered year going forward", add Jim and Mike.

Show Management also reports that many exhibiting companies expressed enthusiasm about the 2007 East Show.
