EMS provider, NBS Design, has completed another substantial expansion of its Santa Clara, CA, layout, test and manufacturing facility The space will be principally dedicated to their expanding business in box build of finished goods, while at the same time making way for additional SMT assembly lines

Founded as a PCB layout business in 1999, NBS has grown steadily over eight years by employing a business model that blends advanced technology with a passion for customer service.

In 2004 that combination was applied to the addition of NPI to pilot production manufacturing.

These additional services now include assembly, 3D X-Ray and AIO test, rework and procurement.

Today, the company maintains a customer base spanning all industry segments and a reputation for speed of response, quality and passion for the business.

Commenting on the expansion, NBS President Craig Arcuri explained: "We take genuine pride in our reputation for passion, quality and speed.

It's real, and clearly demonstrated by our ability to deliver to customers with an efficiency and experience that's entirely different from legacy suppliers.

The next phase of our business plan, triggered by steadily expanding growth, called for additional space, which we were able to acquire without moving or disrupting our existing operations".
