A new range of adhesives is specifically aimed at meeting the extreme demands of watersport equipment manufacturers and eliminate primers.

Dunlop Industrial has introduced a new range of adhesives specifically aimed at meeting the extreme demands of watersport activities Formulated to give maximum reliability in the harshest conditions these new adhesives bring the latest technology to Dunlop's long-standing success in bonding rubber and plastic materials

Aimed at the RIB sector, the high strength PU based adhesive Dunlop S2049 is ideal for bonding PVC and PU to GRP hulls as well as PVC nitrile rubstrakes to PVC or Hypalon inflatable tubes.

Dunlop S2049 eliminates the need for primers and offers the advantages of a longer open time and fewer coats required, over comparable products.

Dunlop S2057, an advanced formulation of S2000, offers increased green strength.

A two-part adhesive, S2057 has a strong initial grab and is suitable for applications involving inflatable life rafts, life jackets, dinghies, waterproof fabrics, collapsible tanks and rubber belting.

Watersports, from vessel construction to specialised clothing manufacture, present some of the toughest bonding challenges where performance, reliability and durability are paramount.

Dunlop adhesives have a well-established reputation for meeting these needs and the new product additions look set to continue the long standing confidence in Dunlop adhesives for watersport applications.

Details on the full range of Dunlop adhesives for the watersport sector are contained in their new brochure.
