The new Profi 500/750 air winch from J D Neuhaus weighs in at less than 30kg, but is still powerful enough for loads up to 750kg With an approximate 65% weight saving over a product being replaced (Profi 500/800), the new winch offers considerable potential as a mobile unit capable of wide ranging lifting and pulling operations

A modern, compact low profile design, the Profi 500/750 features the well proven JDN vane motor with internal brake which requires no additional air lubrication and offers performance with high reliability.

The gear train is subject to exhaust-air cooling, providing both 100% duty time and minimum maintenance requirements.

The powerful pneumatic drive can be safely operated in areas such as the oil, gas and chemical industries, or wherever potentially explosive atmospheres may be encountered.

The rugged construction also ensures that the winches can withstand operation within dusty or dirty conditions throughout industry.

The products carry an Ex hazardous area classification Ex II 3 GD IIA T4(X).

The winch is fitted with a pendant controller providing direct sensitive control over the lift/lower/pulling operations.

High rope capacity is also provided with up to five layer spooling of wire rope in diameters from 5.5 to 7mm.

Operation is from a six bar air supply, with low air consumption and minimum noise levels, leading to high acceptance in normal as well as abnormal working conditions.
