The Peak715VL Series SBC from Nexcom UK, based in Newport Pagnell, supports the Intel socket 478 Pentium 4 CPU with 400/533MHz system bus operating at up to 2.8 GHz, and is available at very competitive prices for OEMs and system integrators.

Nexcom has produced an SBC ideal for OEMS and system integrators requiring high performance graphics.

By utilising the Intel 845GV chipset it offers outstanding price to performance.

This new SBC is not only ideal for video applications, but is also ideal for applications within Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and networks.

The PEAK 715VL Series can be described as three boards in one design, offering single LAN, dual10/100 LAN or Gigabyte LAN.

High performance video is also offered utilising the Intel 845GV chipset that incorporates an AGP 4X (1.5V) Graphics controller with 64MB system memory.

Furthermore to offer even better performance this board supports DDR 266 for up to 2GB of memory.

The PEAK715VL series is particularly well suited to Video on Demand, Video Streaming, Video over IP, 3D, animation, etc In addition the board fits neatly into network security systems and as the core for application servers.

Multi-segmented CTI integration utilising multi-segmented backplanes provides high quality video without sacrificing system operations.

To ensure that systems integrators can find a board suitable for all applications, apart from the PEAK715VL series Nexcom also offer the PEAK712 series and PEAK710VL to complete a powerful Pentium 4 family.

The PEAK712VL2G offers even better video performance with its dedicated ATI M7 4X AGP video controller.

The PEAK710VL also has a dedicated VGA controller ATI Rage Pro 128, and for those integrators who prefer it utilises SDRAM for up to 1.5GB of memory.
