Nederman is launching a range of two L-PAK compact high-vacuum units for dust and fume removal in general industrial applications.

The units are mounted on a base designed for handling by a standard pallet truck, are easily installable by non-specialist personnel and are compatible with the vast range of Nederman extraction system accessories.

Features include an integrated PLC (programmable logic controller) for on-board control, safety and maintenance monitoring.

Ease of application is conferred by automatic filter cleaning.

Moreover, the specially developed filter system features a dynamic reducer to pre-separate coarse particles, ensuring high efficiency and long operational life.

Filter cleaning is automatic using a short reversed air blast.

Remote/automatic start/stop is standard, as is a duty idling and temperature monitoring/control function.

A filter indicator light signals the need for servicing, while emptying collected dust is made easy by the bag-lined bottom-mounted plastic collection bin.

Nederman can supply a huge range of optional equipment for the units including cartridge, anti-static, coarse or micro-type filters to replace the standard surface-treated polypropylene sock-type system.

As well as the wide range of high-vacuum components from the standard Nederman catalogue, a number of special L-PAK kits are available to ease the task for end-users wishing to install their own system.
