NJM/CLI introduces the redesigned Model 276 Outsert Feeder to handle thicker outserts and achieve faster line speeds.
With an enhanced stepper motor drive, the Model 276 Outsert Feeder now expands the infeed storage capacity of labelers handling up to 300 pieces of literature per minute and more.
Ideal for pharmaceutical packagers that must meet the rising demand for affixing product-specific literature and outserts to either the container top or side, the cGMP-designed Outsert Feeder features a 12-pocket carousel.
Each pocket holds a 48in magazine of outserts.
By expanding the infeed storage capacity of labelers, the Outsert Feeder eliminates the need to have a dedicated operator on the labeler, which helps packagers reduce labor costs and improve worker ergonomics.
The Model 276 Outsert Feeder can be integrated with any new NJM/CLI labeler or retrofitted in the field to many installed labelers from NJM/CLI as well as other label manufacturers.
The redesigned Outsert Feeder handles outserts as small as 0.875 x 1.125in (22 x 28mm) and as large as 1.5 x 4in (38 x 101mm) in thickness ranging from 0.062 to 0.5in (1.6 to 12.7mm).
