The Raw Materials Analyzer is a unique 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software program that is designed to facilitate the testing of incoming raw materials and packaging components.
The program allows users to input and document information regarding the actual raw materials, its shipment packaging, and the materials' manufacturers and suppliers.
Supplier and manufacturers' approvals are also securely documented insuring that the product, which you are testing, is from an approved source.
Statistical trending features are also included with the program.
Trending of lots in graphical displays is provided to ensure all manufacturing processes are under control.
Out of specification (OOS) values are automatically prompted for investigations allowing for a complete "State of Control".
Investigations document and detail each unique value and test to which they are related.
