NAMTEC awarded ISO 9001 Registration
The UK's National Metals Technology Centre has been awarded the coveted ISO 9001 Registration after a year of concerted effort led by Barrie Gostelow, head of Project Management NAMTEC.

NAMTEC metallurgists are on line to help out
The National Metals Technology Centre (NAMTEC) has a helpline staffed by experienced metallurgists who answer technical enquiries about metals, processes and application.
The official presentation was made by Fred Guyot, managing director of TUV UK Quality Assurance Limited.
TUV UK is NAMTEC's external quality management systems auditor and certification body.
Guyot praised NAMTEC's quality team who had achieved significant systems improvements: He said: "It was clearly visible during our assessment, that the management and staff of NAMTEC are committed to a customer centred, systematic approach.
I am pleased that we can award the ISO 9001 certificate to NAMTEC as a sign of the manner in which NAMTEC conduct their business." Dr Alan Partridge, CEO of NAMTEC said: "Our dedicated workforce has been totally committed to quality since the company was launched and it is the key to our long term success.
With the help of Graham Hendrick, quality management consultant at GD and WD Hendrick and through TUV UK QA we have been able to establish a service recognised by a world class quality management system.".
