Stand-off fastener reduces assembly time and costs

Based on punching heads capable of up to 100 strokes/min coupled with high-grade dies and seats for optimal functioning, Arnold and Shinjo systems feature multi fastener distributors for up to eight punching heads - standard and bespoke can be supplied - quick-action couplings and simple torque testing instruments.
A variety of feeding units offer the continual supply of up to 20,000 fasteners for the standard ranges of Picasso and Sokrates punch heads (pneumatic locking, non-locking for C-frame use, double and block punch heads) as well as bespoke blocks.
Dies and dieholders can also adapted to suit the application.
