Newman Labelling Systems will be displaying its recently launched 4VAL tray to tray labelling system and the NV2 at Total Processing and Packaging at Birmingham's NEC, 15th to 18th May 2007

The 4VAL applies both clear and paper self-adhesive labels - in excess of 200 containers per minute - to a range of rigid cylindrical containers, such as ampoules, vials, and bottles Launched in the UK last year, the 4VAL has already seen great success overseas where its combination of cGMP design and robust stainless steel construction for efficient operation with a low capital outlay has been extremely appealing

The 4VAL comes with a number of features as standard including stepper motor drive of the label web, straight label arm, virtually no change parts and hand wheel adjustment for rapid size change over and interlocked guarding.

Newman's highly popular NV2 will be on display alongside the new 4VAL.

The NV2 is a fully automatic, self-adhesive labeling system for cylindrical, flat and square containers.

It is designed for maximum versatility, offering the capability to label containers from 10mm to 150mm with minimal change parts, at speeds up to 150cpm.

Both the NV2 and 4VAL come with many optional extras to suit budget and specification, all of which are detailed at the show.
