This has allowed Burr Oak to develop the largest and most experienced group of individuals for the exclusive purpose of servicing this industry.
Under this agreement, Burr Held will globally manufacture Metalloid/Fin Works range of sophisticated fin stamping, tube bending, expanding and HVAC related products.
The advanced formulations include technologies such as non-VOC (volatile organic compounds) products, corrosion protection from galvanic and formicary corrosion, water handling properties, and bio-resistant products.
In addition, both companies will work closely with Burr Oak Tool to provide advice on proper application and after sales support for all areas of coil production.
Each partner possesses an area of expertise that complements the overall solution.
Burr Held has manufacturing and blending capabilities in England, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey and China.
The partnership will be strengthened by the well known quality products, technical support, and customer service capability of Metalloid Corporation, as well as their extensive HVAC product line.
Fred Edwards of Metalloid/FinWorks said: "This will allow our existing customers that have plants around the world continuity of Metalloid/FinWorks products throughout their plants.
Burr Held, with its manufacturing plants and blending partners, will provide a customer service network that adds even more value to our existing and future customers around the world." Dr Manfred Storr of Burr Held said, "Burr Held was created to provide innovative lubrication solutions to the ever changing HVAC industry.
Burr Held will provide the highest standard of professionalism along with technical assistance and a world wide distribution network.
The three companies, Burr Oak Tool and Gauge, Metalloid Corporation and Burr Held provide a total solution to our customers." Brian McConnell, president of Burr Oak Tool and Gauge, said, "Bringing these three organizations together makes perfect sense.
The result clearly creates a total package of solutions and support for the heat transfer industry.
