Subcontract measurement service moves
and expands
The move to a new, purpose-built facility has enabled the expansion of UK Midlands-based subcontract measurement facilities that include dimensional, form and profile inspection.

A wide measuring envelope up to 600mm x 600mm x 200mm is offered and even larger components can be accommodated in many circumstances.
The fast turnaround offered by OGP UK's facility makes it ideal for first-offs, ISR studies or SPC analysis.
Reports can be formatted to meet customer's specifications.
Accurate and repeatable measurement of difficult features such as narrow bores or even internal features in transparent material are accomplished by utilising the sophisticated lighting and edge detection ability found on the latest generation of OGP non-contact machines.
SmartScopes incorporate the latest multi-sensor features and software, making them ideal for this service.
