Designed to facilitate easy communication between Ohaus electronic balances and popular PDA devices, Ohaus Lab Retriever allows users to download data directly from an Ohaus balance to PDA devices.

Lab Retriever users can, in fact, "beam" data to one another using the Infrared feature on their PDA devices.
In addition, data stored in a user's PDA can be uploaded into spreadsheets on a PC using the HotSync feature.
Lab Retriever also includes a parsing feature, which will automatically separate data into user specified categories before the HotSync operation, making it compatible with formatting characteristics of Microsoft Excel and other popular spreadsheet applications.
Lab Retriever allows users to do more than just track and store data - it also provides access to balance features through the PDA.
For example, Lab Retriever allows users to change weighing units or calibrate a balance by following simple user prompts on the PDA device itself.
Ohaus Lab Retriever is compatible with select Ohaus electronic balances with RS232 capability.
