CelciuXdeg has a ready-made functional graphic object that can be directly loaded onto an HMI for easy integration
Among the demonstrations is a process supervision system which combines Omron's F160 vision products with CJ1 programmable controllers and NS machine-management HMI terminals.
This arrangement allows the real-time monitoring of key process parameters, and the detection of evolving problems before they reach the point where they stop production.
Also on show is a system which adds instant event alert facilities to automation installations by allowing them to send an SMS text message - which can include live data - to virtually any mobile phone.
